The Art of Gestalt
Gain confidence introducing and using Gestalt interventions with your clients to enable them to connect with their implicit processes, bringing them to the ‘explicit arena’ so that they can be processed.
This workshop shows methods of working with the body, mind and emotions to uncover our client’s unconscious emotional patterns of relating to the world around them; by doing this, we support our clients to fulfil their full potential.
Throughout the day you will be given the opportunity to experience and be supported practicing various interventions including empty chair, creative interventions and using Gestalt objects all of which enable the client to process and move on from any unfinished business in their lives.
